Commercial Law is one of PTCS's core areas, particularly drafting national and international contracts, as well as dealing with Banking and Financial Law. PTCS has extensive experience both in company incorporation, drafting governance structures, demergers, negotiating investments, mergers and acquisitions, and associated due diligences and shareholders agreements, as well as commercial litigation. The lawyers in charge of this area have teaching duties at university level, with published works and extensive practice in litigation and corporate transactions.
