In the field of intellectual property, PTCS develops an intense activity, in and outside of courts. The firms deals with all Intellectual Property rights (e.g. trade marks and trade names, patents, utlity models, designs, and appellation of origin, in addition to copyright and related rights). It has two lawyers with PhDs in Intellectual Property and more than a hundred published works. PTCS represents and advises both public bodies and companies in sectors such as IT, agriculture and food, alcoholic beverages, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, clothing and footwear, furniture and decoration in arbitration and national and European courts and institutions such as INPI, WIPO, and the EUIPO. The firm also advises on licensing and technology transfer agreements and issues expert opinions, including those relating to legislative processes.
