The firm assists inter-professional bodies in charge of the protection of some of the most famous appellations of origin in the world, national and international, acting in fraud and counterfeiting prevention and prosecution. It has extensive practice both in judicial and administrative litigation, at the INPI and the EUIPO in order to defend famous appellations, as well as in drafting regulation for wine sector. PTCS’s clients also include well-known growers and shippers, assisting them in court litigation, contractual and regulatory issues, and foreign investment support.
